It was five years ago when I heard it for the first time, the song’s melody made me want to dance. I would imagine I was one of the actor of this film, sometimes I felt scared, sometimes, it made me exciting.
Do you want to have a try of this feeling?

It won two Grammy Awards for Record of the Year and Best Rock Vocal Performance – Male.
This is a finger-popping song. Yes, right, it’s rock. To be honest, I am not fond of rock, but i like its lyrics, it tells the young violence can’t deal with anything, it’ll only hurt you in the end. The best way to avoid problem is “beat it”, not only for the young generation, but also for everyone.
“Bad” was released as a single on September 7, 1987.
It hit No. 1 in three countries in 1987, topping the charts in the United States, Spain, and the Netherlands and reaching Top 5 in the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, Australia and elsewhere.
The rhythm of “Bad” is not as urgent as “Beat it”, it shows Michael’s power and charming, and makes me feel a sense of oppressing.
4. The Way You Make Me Feel
The Way You Make Me Feel is one of best Michael Jackson love songs, which is from the album Bad. Not like the above Top 3, this song just shows a group of men and women flirting on the street, and the whole song gives me a sense of relaxed and lively, just like a party.
5. Black or White
“Black or White” is from the album Dangerous, firstly released as a single on November 11, 1991. This song was an international sensation, topping the charts in 20 countries in 1991 and 1992.
Just like the “The Way You Make Me Feel”, the song sounds happily, it uses bright rhythm to show Jackson’s dissatisfaction about racism”.
6. Heal the World
“Heal the World” is a music that inspires worldwide peace, love, and tolerance. It is regarded as Charity record in many charity activities, which makes your heat feel warm. Personally, this is my favorite one in the whole Michael Jackson songs list.
7. You Are Not Alone
“You Are Not Alone” has won the title of music in more than 10 countries around the world.
On February 28, 1996, Michael Jackson was nominated for best pop performance at the 38th Grammy Awards for the song.
The song is about “love”, you will be not alone, I will be with you forever. It’s a great option for a wedding party, when your lover come up to you slowly, the music rings out, so sweat!!
Dangerous is the classic rock music in Jackson’s album that released in 1991. The shuffle dance in the music video is widely simulated by many people. When you listen to this song, maybe you will want to have a try of shuffle dance.

9. Man in the Mirror
“Man in the Mirror” was written by Siedah Garrett (Jackson’s duet partner on “I Just Can’t Stop Loving You”) and Glen Ballard, is one of only two songs on Bad not written by Michael Jackson.
“Man in the Mirror has a great message,” he wrote in his 1988 memoir Moonwalk. “I love that song…Start with yourself. Don’t be looking at all the other things. Start with you. That’s the truth.” A review of Bad in Rolling Stone in 1987 called the song “among the half dozen best things Jackson has done.”
10. Earth Song
“Earth Song” is the third single from Michael Jackson‘s album History, It is a ballad that incorporates elements of blues, gospel and opera. It was the first that overtly dealt with the environment and animal welfare.
When it was released, it received mixed reviews from music critics. James Hunter of Rolling Stone stated, “The slow blues-operatic ‘Earth Song’ for all its noble sentiments, sounds primarily like a showpiece”. A San Jose Mercury News review called it “flat” and “whiny”, believing Jackson had already experimented with these concepts earlier in his career.
It is similar to Jason’s another song “Heal the World”, it is not just about environment protection, it appeals to the peace, warm , and hope everything in the world goes well.
